UBS has released a report upgrading LEAPMOTOR's (09863.HK) investment rating from Sell to Neutral and lifting its target price from HKD25 to HKD72. The broker's 2025-27 sales/ net profit forecasts for LEAPMOTOR have also been revised upwards to 600,000/ 900,000/ 1 million vehicles and RMB727 million/ RMB3.3 billion/ RMB5 billion. UBS stressed that LEAPMOTOR's recent robust monthly sales momentum had alleviated previous concerns about intensified competition in the electric vehicle market and its ongoing cost control capabilities.
